I am posting this again (with some revisions) since it was closed when I had to go to sleep for work in the morning.
The End of the World as We Know It, 2012...
(as we know it...meaning it's not going to END, it may drastically change in many ways.)
Part 1: Patience is a Virtue, When Dealing With Mathematics.
PRELUDE- First and foremost
<b>DISCLAIMER:</b> This theory is about the "Clandestine" film and in correlating it with their CDs, not about their CDs in general. I would like for this to evoke a serious discussion and not for people to sit around and make fun of each other. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and I respect that. I will respect you, if you respect me. AFI would want it that way. I'm sure they wouldn't want their fans to deal with a hostile environment. If you just plan on bashing me and the post, don't bother contributing to the discussion. I am kindly asking that you keep your rude opinions to yourself (Shut your mouth and open your eyes... literally.), they are a waste of space on the board. We worked really hard on this and would appreciate constructive criticism and/or intelligent discussion of the theory.

Now, on to more pertinent matters…
CHAPTER 1- 2012 in brief…
1. Humanity and Planet Earth are currently going through a huge change or shift in consciousness and reality perception.
2. The Mayan civilization of Central America was and is the most advanced in relation to time-science knowledge. Their main calendar is the most accurate on the planet. It has never erred. They actually have 22 calendars in total, covering the many timing cycles in the Universe and Solar System. <B>Some of these calendars are yet to be revealed.</B>
3. The Mayan fifth world finished in 1987. The sixth world starts in 2012. So we are currently "between worlds". This time is called the "Apocalypse" or revealing. This means the real truth will be revealed. It is also the time for us to work through "our stuff" individually and collectively.
4. The Mayan sixth world is actually blank. This means it is up to us, as co-creators, to start creating the new world and civilization we want now.
5. The Mayans also say that by 2012…
-We will have gone beyond technology as we know it.
-We will have gone beyond time and money.
-We will have entered the fifth dimension after passing through the fourth dimension
-Planet Earth and the Solar System will come into galactic synchronization with the rest of the Universe.
-Our DNA will be "upgraded" (or reprogrammed) from the centre of our galaxy. Everybody on this planet is mutating. Some are more conscious of it than others. But everyone is doing it.
6. In 2012 the plane of our Solar System will line up exactly with the plane of our Galaxy, the Milky Way. This cycle has taken 26,000 years to complete. Virgil Armstrong also says that two other galaxies will line up with ours at the same time. A cosmic event!
7. Time is speeding up (or collapsing). For thousands of years the Schumann Resonance or pulse (heartbeat) of Earth has been 7.83 cycles per second, the military have used this as a very reliable reference. However, since 1980 this resonance has been slowly rising. It is now over 12 cycles per second! This means there is the equivalent of less than 16 hours per day instead of the old 24 hours.
8. During the Apocalypse or the time "between worlds" many people will be going through many personal changes. The changes will be many and varied. It is all part of what we came here to learn or experience. Examples of change could be- relationships coming to an end, change of residence or location, change of job or work, shift in attitude or thinking etc."

The year 2012 is also the estimated time for the Pole Reversal and Ice age… which would indicate that spending “Decemberunderground” could be a way to survive these massive changes.

Keep in mind that the end of the world as we know it to be, will arrive on 12/21/2012 at 11:11am GMT. AFI’s obvious warning to their listeners is the opening of “Decemberunderground”, “Prelude 12/21”.
CHAPTER 2- With that out of the way, now I can get on to “The Clandestine Mystery”.
Signs that point to multiplying by the number 2
(Any CDs made before the ones mentioned or the EPs that came out in between, I find to be irrelevant to the mystery.)
-On “Shut your mouth and open your eyes” there are 3 songs with words relating to the number 3. They start on track 2 and are separated by 3 song intervals. The picture on the back is of the devil with his arms outstretched reaching towards the number 2. Multiply 333 by 2 you get 666. This CD is where the precedent is set for the number 2.
-Track 2 on “Black Sails in the Sunset” on the outside case is just “Porphyria”. Upon opening the booklet you will find that 2 words are added to the title to make it “Porphyria Cutanea Tarda”, thus leading to the number 2 once again.
-Then on the CD “The Art of Drowning”, there is the track entitled “6 to 8”. 6 + 2 = 8… This is another sign that points to the number 2.
-More recently on “Sing the Sorrow” track 2 is “The Leaving Song (Pt. 2)”, yet again, more 2’s. Later on the CD, track 11, “The Leaving Song”, this track is 2 minutes and 44 seconds long. The total time of “Decemberunderground” happens to be 44 minutes and 44 seconds long… 44, two times or times 2. (This also comes into play with Chapter 4-‘Eyes on 11’)
-In the film "Clandestine" there are 2 soundtracks to choose from.
-Finally, on “Decemberunderground” the song “37mm” could mean a camera lens but, measures the bore of 2 types of weapons, a flare/grenade launcher, and an Anti-Aircraft weapon. It is track 11 as well and has 2 M’s; this also leads me to believe in the multiplying of 2.
CHAPTER 3- Numbers in Clandestine: 3, 37, 76, 333, and 3:36 (These are not easily devised numbers, they always end in a repeating decimal.)

The answer is Eye. Multiply by 2 and get Eyes (plural).
(This portion is followed up in CHAPTER 4)
#37- The time to go underground is…
Multiply by 2 and you get 74. Track 11 on “Decemberunderground” is “37mm”. MM/DD/YYYY is how dates look in letter form. From there you now get 74mm. Turn months into years and it comes out to be the evening of 08/05/2012.
#76-The time to come out of hiding is…
Multiply by 2 and you get 152. 152 days after 08/05/2012 is 01/04/2013. Come out and greet the ‘Sixth World’ and make it a better one.
#333-
Multiply it by 2 and you get 666. The day of the devil 06/06/06 is when “Decemberunderground” was released. This day is a marker for the time to start preparing for the underground. It is also a marker for the point of no return… You’re either in or you’re out.
#3:36-
Multiply it by 2 and you get 6:72. Take them in letter form and you get F:GB, ‘Final Goodbye’ perhaps.
CHAPTER 4- ‘Eyes on 11’
The release date for “Sing the Sorrow” was 03/11/03. As stated above 3=Eye. This release date shows eyes on the number 11. As in, eyes watching for a time… 11:11am GMT.
To further dive into this strange theory, look at the lyrics in the “Decemberunderground” CD booklet for the song, “The Missing Frame”. There is a ‘typo’ in which the lyrics are typed as follows… “One at I time I watched them all forget.” Did you catch that? “I time I”. Could this mean EYE TIME EYE, as in 03/11/03 as in ‘Eyes on 11’? 11 being the time to watch… There for, watch for 11:11am GMT.
Lastly,
I realize this is a lot to think about and consider, but I ask that you at least think about it. It seems so logical to me, especially when thinking about everything that Davey and Jade have said in interviews about what "Decemberunderground" means...

It's kind of a dual meaning of Decemberunderground being a place, a haven, a kind of escape from the outside world and people and society. These quotes are not just pretty verse... I really think they are trying to send a message to the fans.
If this theory were to be true... think about how logical it would be to literally spend December, underground, huddled away during a time of chaos and change. Massive changes on earth would make society feel detached and disillusioned.
CHAPTER 5- To Be Concluded…
In conclusion, this could in fact all be a warning to start preparation, mainly a mental one as of right now. I will be posting again soon correlating the song lyrics to this theory, as to make even more sense of it. For now, I figured that I would let you all have time to think upon this and discuss, while I formulate PART 2: ***yet to be titled***.

P.S.- If you are one to think that we are Scientologists (Whom don't believe in 2012 by the way) or some other type of "out there" religion... We are in fact Agnostic. Meaning we have no set religion, nor does this theory.

I could totally see that happening, and it is actually quite scaring me. Although all members of AFI are musical geniuses, I don't think that they are nough spiritually genius to come up with a deep message as such. then again, i could be wrong.

That's way too in depth. For some reason, I don't believe this should be that in depth. At least, on this portion of the theory. There are other parts being discussed, you know...
Okay, but this is the third thread you've had on the subject. If things go haywire (and I hope they don't, of course), the thread will be closed. If this happens, please don't make another thread on the subject.
Those of you who don't have anything serious to contribute, please just resist the urge to post. If you have suggestions or criticisms, be civil and respectful when posting, as it's assumed you will do in every thread on this board.
